Registration for fall soccer has been going on for the last five weeks and we now have over 975 kids registered. Our goal is to have over 1800 kids registered before the end of the school year. If you have not yet registered, please consider doing so as soon as possible. In addition, your child is not fully registered until payment has been received. Starting July 1st, the fee will increase from $95 to $150 for everyone but the kinder league. Please do not wait until the last minute to pay, as this year, checks received after July 1st will not be processed unless it is for the full amount of $150. To register, please go to http://www.ayso26.org and click on the registration link. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. My email address is aysoinfo @ ayso26.org or saul_r @ comcast.net. Payments can be made on-line or by mailing in a check to: AYSO PO BOX 1493 Palo Alto CA 94302 You should also have received an email from AYSO Camps in the last week or two. Space is still available in all five sessions. We are always on the lookout for volunteers. Please consider helping us by selecting one of the volunteer positions available in the registration process. We are looking for division commissioners for the following divisions: G7, G8, B9 and B12. A division commissioner is responsible for forming the teams. If you have a child entering one of these four divisions, and would like to know more about this position, send me an email. Check out our web-site at http://www.ayso26.org for more information on our Soccerfest program. Palo Alto AYSO will again be providing an opportunity for kids to play soccer this summer on Saturday mornings from 10-12 am. Soccerfest is intended to provide a safe environment for kids to come together and play soccer. No coaching, refereeing or spectators shouting from the sidelines. AYSO provides the fields, pinnies, cones, balls and Safe Haven certified monitors. The kids chose up teams for pick up games and provide the fun. There will be two games: one for U12 players and one for U14 and older. In addition, if there are an equal number of boys and girls at the younger age then we will have a boys-only and a girls-only game. There are 9 Soccerfest Saturdays from June 21 to August 16. You may attend any or all of the sessions that you want. Best of all this is all free of charge. Regards, Saul Rotblatt Regional Commissioner
